  • Do you accommodate allergies?

    Sometimes! Please email pinkworldbakery@gmail.com explaining your dietary restriction or allergy and I can confirm if we can meet it.

  • How many treats are in each order?

    Unless specified otherwise:

    6 cookies per cookie order

    6 cupcakes per cupcake order

    1 loaf per bread order

    6 pastries per pastry order

  • How do I communicate my preferred delivery/pick up day?

    There is a form at checkout. If you are paying with a form of apple or google play, please click “more options” prior to paying, so that you can fill the form out.

    Otherwise, I will be in contact to confirm.

  • How do I know my order will be ready?

    I will contact you 24 hours before pickup/delivery/shipment to confirm your order details.

  • How does delivery work?

    You choose your preferred day and Pink World Bakery will deliver treats within the time frame for that day. Pink World Bakery will contact you 30 minutes prior to delivery.

    You can find time frames in the Orders Tab, under logistics, and at checkout.

  • How does shipping work?

    We ship out all treats Friday morning, for overnight delivery. Once it is shipped, we can no longer guarantee timely arrival or quality. We package the treats well, but sometimes the mail will make them appear a little janky… but tasty just the same.

  • How does pickup work?

    You choose your preferred day and are welcome to pickup anytime within the time frame for that day. You will contact PWB upon you arrival and I will meet you with your treats.

  • What if none of the delivery/pick up times work with my schedule?

    Please email pinkworldbakery@gmail.com and we can arrange a time and day that does work.

  • What if my address is outside of delivery range?

    Please email pinkworldbakery@gmail.com and we can arrange a time and day to deliver treats to your address. Your address does need to be in Chicagoland.

  • Do you do custom orders?

    Yes! Please fill out the contact form with a general idea of what you are wanting and when you need it. Pink World Bakery will follow up to iron out details.

  • I no longer need my treats.. what do I do?

    Please contact pinkworldbakery@gmail.com to cancel your order and you will receive a refund. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time will not be issued a refund.

  • Can I pay cash?

    Yes! Please email pinkworldbakery@gmail.com and the transaction can occur offline.
